THE PERFORMANCE TEST DEVICE AND PERFORMANCE TEST METHOD FOR OIL PUMP USING A CAR

A performance tester of an oil pump for a vehicle and a test method thereof are provided to connect a contamination tank to an inlet and an outlet of the oil pump through a pipe for testing the performance of the oil pump and for testing contamination degree of the oil. A performance tester of an oil pump(110) for a vehicle comprises a main panel(101), a main tank(105), a control panel(103), an oil heating device(104), and oil cooling devices(125,127). The oil is stored in the main tank while the oil pump is installed to a spindle(107) rotated by the drive of a motor(118). The performance of the oil pump is tested by the rotation of a rotor tooth-engaged according to the set condition. The control panel controls the oil temperature according to the set temperature. The oil heating and cooling devices heat or cool the oil discharged through the main tank from the outlet of the oil pump. A contamination degree tank(130) is connected to the inlet and the outlet of the oil pump for the oil pump performance test.
