A method and a terminal for providing end-to-end security communication for heterogeneous wireless networks using a communication protocol stack switching function and a recording medium for the same are provided to transmit and receive data safely and reliably by providing a security communication function corresponding to an end-to-end encryption scheme through a logical switching control layer which logically executes switching for an upper protocol layer and at least two lower protocol layers on the protocol stacks corresponding to more than two heterogeneous wireless communication functions. A terminal(100) for providing end-to-end security communication for heterogeneous wireless networks using a communication protocol stack switching function has more than two wireless communication functions. The terminal(100) comprises a switching part(170), an encryption processing part(160), and a protocol control part(165). The switching part(170) executes logical switching for an upper protocol layer and the lower protocol layers corresponding to at least two heterogeneous wireless networks on the protocol stacks corresponding to the heterogeneous wireless communication functions. The encryption processing part(160) encodes the data to be transmitted through a presently connected wireless network among the heterogeneous wireless networks. If a communication packet containing the encoded data reaches a logical switching control layer, the switching part(160) switches and provides the communication packet to a lower protocol layer corresponding to the presently connected wireless network. The protocol control part(165) selects and controls a communication protocol to switch the communication packet to the lower protocol layer corresponding to the presently connected wireless network.
