A method and an apparatus for improving connectivity management object in device management are provided to divide the connectivity management object according to an update order. A method for improving connectivity management object in device management includes the steps of: receiving a first management object from a specific entity(30)(S11); discriminating an identity between the first management object and a second management object which is stored in an apparatus; and determining whether to update by using the first management object when the first management object and the second management object(S12). The step of determining whether to update by using the first management object includes the steps(S20): extracting a first parameter from the first management object; extracting a second parameter from the second management object; comparing the first parameter and the second parameter; and allowing or rejecting the first management object(S30).
