The Multi Step Extraction and it's Extracts for Enhancement of Immune Activity Functions in Fatsia japonica root barks

A method for preparing the extract of Fatsia japonica root barks is provided to optimize the extraction conditions and enhance the immune activity functions of the Fatsia japonica root bark extract. The method for preparing the extract of Fatsia japonica root barks comprises the steps of: dipping the pulverized Fatsia japonica root barks in ethanol at 20-25 deg. C for 12 hours; extracting them in ethanol at 35-45 deg. C for 12 hours; dipping them in ethanol at 20-25 deg. C for 12 hours; extracting them in ethanol at 55-65 deg. C for 12 hours; filtering the extract of Fatsia japonica root barks and concentrating it at 40-50 deg. C under reduced pressure; and freeze-drying the concentrate.
