THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HYDROPHILIC SPUN-BOND NONWOVEN FABRICS CONTAINING ALOES

A method for manufacturing hydrophilic spun-bond non-woven fabrics containing aloes is provided to perform simultaneously an aloe working and a hydrophilic working through an in-line working. Functional emulsion comprising hydrophilic surfactant of 4-20 wt %, powder of 0.1-5 wt % concentrated from aloe by 200 times and the residual purified water is coated on the non-woven cloth by a kiss-role method or a spray method so that the water content of the emulsion relating to the weight per unit area in the non-woven cloth is controlled by 10-40 wt %. Thereafter, a hot wind dry method is performed so that the non-woven cloth with the excellent sense of touch is obtained.
