An offensive odor purification and barnyard manure manufacture system and a cultivating filter device used to the same are provided to integrate the purification device with high efficiency into the energy recovery type ventilation unit. A cultivating filter device(20) has a main path, a differential mobility separator, a first branch pipe, a second branch pipe, a bulk filter, and a cultivating filer. The main path passes an offensive odor gas and a bioaerosol generated from a composting device(10). The differential mobility separator separates a certain bioaerosol from the bioaerosol passing through the main path. The first branch pipe passes the bioaerosol separated by the differential mobility separator. The second branch pipe passes a bioaerosol which is not separated by the differential mobility separator. The bulk filter is mounted in the second branch pipe. A plurality of media for cultivating the bioaerosol passing through the first branch pipe are installed in the cultivating filer by multi-stages. The cultivating filer is installed so that the bioaerosol passing through the bulk filter mounted in the second branch pipe is passed through the media installed by the multi-stages. A dehumidifying device(40) removes the offensive odor gas passing through the cultivating filter device and moisture contained in the bioaerosol. A barrier plasma device deodorizes the offensive odor gas and the bioaerosol passing through the dehumidifying device. A catalyst device performs an absorption and catalyst reaction to remove harmful residual materials generated by the barrier plasma device. A heat exchanging device(50) exchanges heat with the air passing through the catalyst device, and supplies the heat-exchanged air to the composting device again.
