A laser cladding device for repairing defects of a heat exchanger tube of a nuclear steam generator includes a fiber connector(28) provided at an inner side of a housing(10), an optical device(16) to refract and reflect a laser beam emitted from the fiber connector(28) to an inferior part through a projection hole(14) formed in the housing(10) and having a reflective mirror(36) to face the projection hole(14) by a distance to reduce influence during the cladding, a position guide unit(20) disposed in the housing(10) to correct a transfer position of a strand wire(18) fed from the exterior, and a supplying nozzle(22) disposed to avoid the optical device(16) from the position guide unit(20) to the projection hole(14) to directly feed the strand wire(18) passing through the position guide unit(20) and a protection gas to the inferior part.
