The present invention relates to a virtual environment based assembly-free process method for fabricating a micro system using micro rapid prototyping techniques. That is, the present invention implements a virtual environment-based assembly-free process to enable the fabrication of complex microsystems in a single molding, thereby eliminating the need for assembly at a microscale, even when using the same unit elements. Their configuration is free, allowing the creation of a multifunctional micro system. In addition, the system manufactured by the assembly-free process does not cause problems due to poor assembly between devices since the entire system is made of one body, and is manufactured by graphic support for molding information of the system assembled using computer technology. You can see at a glance the characteristics of the micro-system you want to use, and also automate the entire process of generating stage-driven instructions for manufacturing products from the information of the virtually assembled system. All assembly-free processes are possible with a simple click of the mouse, making it easy to use. In order to develop such a technology, the present invention is based on a micro-optic molding technology. However, most of the micro rapid prototyping techniques are three-dimensional processing techniques based on lamination molding, and the present invention is applicable to the overall micro three-dimensional rapid prototyping technique using the lamination technique.
