A sterilizing/charging apparatus for a mobile terminal installed in a consol box of a vehicle is provided to easily sterilize the mobile terminal which is rigidly fixed by an adhesive sheet. A charge terminal groove(7) is formed on one side of the receiving space(3), and a cover(4) is fixed to an upper portion of a cable mounting part(9). A circular guide roller(30) is positioned under a groove(6) of the cover. A guide rod is spaced apart from a bottom surface of the cover. A stopper is inserted in the guide rod. A spiral spring is fixed to one side of the stopper. A wire releasing prevention plate is fixed to a cable fixing groove of the stopper. A guide groove is formed on a bottom surface of the cover. A cable is wound around the wire releasing prevention plate. A charge terminal(41) is connected to an end of a cable.
