A reinforced rod cap assembly of a high strength concrete pile is provided to adjust the length of the reinforced rod out of or in a head part finishing front end by assembling the reinforced rod and a cap assembly with a combining bolt. A reinforced rod cap assembly of a high strength concrete pile comprises a fixing cap(11) formed like a disk to be placed on a head part of the tubular high strength concrete pile, provided with a passage of a star shape at a central part allowing foundation concrete to be poured into and a reinforced rod penetrating hole(15) integrally fixing plural reinforced rods vertically mounted along an edge unit; and a supporting cap(12) of a tubular plastic material preventing the concrete poured into the passage of the fixing cap from reaching an lower end of a pile, and having a hole(16) where the reinforced rod penetrates arranged along a edge at regular intervals, and a flip part() softly folded at the periphery.
