A power circuit of a fuel cell-super cap hybrid bus is provided to charge the super cap rapidly through a breaking resistor by the simple structural change and algorithm change. A power circuit of a fuel cell-super cap hybrid bus includes a fuel cell stack(100), a super cap(200), an inverter(300), and a motor(400). An output node of the fuel cell stack(100) is connected to the inverter(300) connected to the motor(400) through a first relay and a second relay. One end of the super cap(200) is connected between the second relay and the inverter(300). The other end of the super cap(200) is diverged and connected to both ends of a breaking resistor through a third relay and a fourth relay. The third relay connected to one end of the breaking resistor is connected to a positive output node of the fuel cell stack(100). The fourth relay connected to the other end of the breaking resistor is connected to one end of the super cap(200) through a fifth relay.
