METHOD FOR DISPLAYING BACKGROUND EXECUTION OF MOBILE PHONE AND MOBILE PHONE THEREFOR

A method for displaying background execution of a mobile communication terminal and the mobile communication terminal thereof are provided to notify a user that a corresponding program is performed in a background and make the user determine whether to execute power cut-off operation if a control signal ordering the power cut-off operation is inputted while an arbitrary program is performed in the background so that the user can automatically know a state of a program performed in the background. A mobile communication terminal comprises the followings: a memory; an operation processing unit(210) which performs an arbitrary program in a background as a need arises among programs stored in the memory; a background state processing unit(220) which performs notification operation of notifying the performance state of a corresponding program when there is a program executed in a background by the operation processing unit(210); and a power management processing unit(230) which repeatedly determines whether to execute power cut-off operation or not if a control signal ordering the power cut-off operation is inputted in a state that an arbitrary program is performed in a background by the operation processing unit(210).
