A gelable acrylate-based grouting composition and a method of reinforcing a cutoff wall using the gelable acrylate-based grouting composition are provided to prevent the extraction and underground waters from being leaked to the outside through the crack and joint layer of the partly weathered rock. A method of reinforcing a cutoff wall using a gelable acrylate-based grouting composition comprises an A liquid manufactured by adding polymerization cross-linking agent 1~10 weight%, adding water, manufacturing the monomer solution of concentration 10~40%, and 0.3~5 weight% of the third level amine catalyst, and a B liquid manufactured by adding the persulfates or the peroxide-based water so1uble polymerization initiator 0.3~5 weight% at the water 95~99.7 weight%. The gelable condition is hardened due to the polymerization cross-linking response to block the extraction and underground waters by mixing the A and B liquids by the 1:1 volume rate and injected the liquids in the crack and joint layer of the partly weathered rock.
