A method for manufacturing a composition for forming a transparent absorption film for an organic light-emitting device and an organic light-emitting device having the absorption film are provided to acquire an organic light-emitting device having a long life span by preventing deterioration of the device due to outgasing. A method for manufacturing a composition for forming a transparent absorption film(13) for an organic light-emitting device(12) includes the steps of: mixing a solvent with at least one selected from metal oxide and metal sa removing at least a part of the solvent included in a mixture acquired from the mixing step; acquiring a transparent absorption film for the organic light-emitting device by adding at least one additive selected from a group of diacrylate, dimethacrylate, triacrylate, trimethacrylate, and vinyl; and further adding a dispersing agent.
