A drunk driving prevention device and method using a remote controller key of a vehicle are provided to let a user drive the vehicle only when alcoholic concentration is less than a predetermined value and to identify the voice of the registered person in a drunkometer test. The remote controller key set has an unlock switch for unlocking the door. The unlock switch is also used as a power switch for supplying power to operate the alcohol sensor module and the speech recognition module.
