Provided are a high-voltage microbattery in which the injection and isolation of an electrolyte is convenient and which can obtain high voltage via serial connection of unit cells in a single chip with ease, and a manufacturing method thereof. The high-voltage microbattery includes an electrode layer(200) on which an electrode pattern(220) is formed; a flow channel layer(100) equipped with a plurality of unit cells(110) with a predetermined size, which has an air outlet on a side thereof, a central flow channel which is connected to the unit cells(110), an inlet which is formed on one end of the central flow channel and an outlet which is formed on the other end of the central flow channel; and an electrolyte with which each unit cell(110) is filled.
