A pneumatic vehicle tire improved in a power-off function comprises a tread(1), a sidewall(2), and a bead part(3). A plurality of belts(11,12,13,14) are accumulatively mounted in a tread, thereby constructing a belt layer(10). A first belt and a second belt among the above belts are positioned eccentrically. More particularly, the first and the second belts biased to the outer side. Inner edges of the first and the second belts are positioned within 5~10mm from a starting point(C) the tread. Rubber composition at an inner shoulder part(16) has superior abrasion-resistance to rubber composition at an outer shoulder part(15). Therefore, when a vehicle turns a corner, abrupt reduction of a contacting surface between the vehicle tire and the ground can be prevented.
