A reef set of an artificial fishing-reef is provided to promote absorption and breeding of seaweeds by using plural pores formed on the artificial fishing reef. The reef set includes a body(1) having plural entrance ports(12) formed on a central portion and lateral portion thereof and plural pores formed on the central portion and both lateral portions thereof, a functional portion(2) into which a functional plate made of ochre or charcoal materials is embedded, and a connecting boss(13) and connecting groove(14) having plural fastening holes(131,141) formed on an upper portion and bottom portion of the body, respectively.
