A mobile communication system for supplying a mobile game using DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) and a method therefor are provided to enable a user of a mobile communication terminal to play a mobile game by receiving game control information and a game application through a DMB data channel, while the user can feed back game response information through a mobile communication network, thus the user can dynamically enjoy playing the mobile game. A mobile communication terminal(500) is composed of a DMB receiving module(510) for receiving a DMB program(110), a game application(600), and game control information(700) from a DMB delivery system(400), a display device(540) for displaying the game control information(700), a mobile communication module(520) for sending game response information to a broadcasting association server(300) when the game response information is generated, and a memory(530) mounted with the game application(600). The broadcasting association server(300) receives the game response information, and generates the game control information(700) according to the game response information to send the information(700) to the delivery system(400). A DMB center(100) sends the program(110) to the delivery system(400). A game supply server(200) sends the game application(600) to the delivery system(400).
