A tuning structure for improving tuning efficiency of a wireless frequency filter and a method for forming the same are provided to prevent a tuning screw from being distorted and improve tuning efficiency by fixing a position of the tuning screw through fastening of the tuning screw. A tuning structure for improving tuning efficiency of a wireless frequency filter includes a tuning screw fixing unit(120), and a tuning screw. The tuning screw fixing unit includes a tuning screw fixing arm, and a tuning screw fixing bolt(130). The tuning screw fixing arm is symmetric on both sides of a tuning screw insertion unit, and is movably extended. A tuning screw fixing bolt insertion unit is formed on the tuning screw fixing arm. The tuning screw fixing bolt is inserted into the tuning screw fixing bolt insertion unit. The tuning screw fixing unit fastens the tuning screw fixing bolt in an orthogonal direction to a tuning screw insertion direction, and is integrally formed with a filter main body. A tuning screw is inserted into the filter through the tuning screw insertion unit. The wireless frequency filter adjusts an output minutely by inserting the tuning screw through a female screw unit and the tuning screw insertion unit formed on the wireless frequency filter.
