A system for diagnosing a pulmonary pleura injury using an air flow sensor is provided to determine a treatment such as an operation of a patient objectively by checking an air quantity which is leaked from a lung of the patient through a change of the output air quantity. A system for diagnosing a pulmonary pleura injury using an air flow sensor includes an air flow sensor(100), an analog-digital converting unit(200), a signal cable(220), and a computer device(500). The air flow sensor is connected to a tube inserted into pulmonary pleura of a patient, and measures a change of air flow according to the time. The analog-digital converting unit converts an analog signal outputted from the air flow sensor into a digital signal in real time, and acquires digital data. The analog-digital converting unit transmits the acquired digital data to the computer device(500). The signal cable connects the analog-digital converting unit to the air flow sensor, and transmits the signal from the air flow sensor to the analog-digital converting unit.
