A device for reusing water treated by water head differential of an inclined clarifier without using electric power is provided to separate precipitated water by water head differential in a simplified structure without employing a reservoir or a pump, and mount a precipitated water separating structure in a precipitation tank for preventing being frozen thereof in winter time by a low temperature. A device for reusing water treated by water head differential of an inclined clarifier without using electric power includes a precipitation tank(100) of a height relatively larger than a diameter thereof. A plurality of inclined plates(110) are mounted to an inner wall of the precipitation tank in the vertical direction and inclined downward for precipitation of sludge contained in water. A pipe part(330) is disposed between the inclined plates in the vertical direction for inducing water head differential and folded at a lower part to be extended to the outside of the precipitation tank. A water collecting part(320) is connected to an upper end of the pipe part. A hollow supporting die(310) is connected to the precipitation tank and the water collecting part to fix the water collecting part and the pipe part and penetrated partially at an upper outer periphery for introducing precipitated water into the water collecting part and the pipe part. A drain valve(340) is mounted to a lower end of the pipe part, which is exposed to the outside of the precipitation tank for alternatively discharging the precipitated water. A hose coupling part(350) is mounted to the drain valve in the drain direction for connecting with an external hose(400).
