SPRAY DEVICE ARRANGED IN A TURRET OF A LNG REGASIFICATION SHIP AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING HULL DEFORMATION USING THE SPRAY DEVICE

A spray apparatus arranged in a turret of an LNG regasification ship and a method for preventing hull deformation using the spray apparatus are provided to prevent thermal deformation and thermal damage of the turret even when a fire break out due to natural gas leakage from the turret. A spray apparatus(100) arranged in a turret of a LNG regasification ship is installed in the turret provided in the LNG regasification ship for the communication of pipes of the LNG regasification ship with land pipes to spray a fluid toward an inner circumference of the turret. The spray apparatus includes a plurality of spraying devices(110) and a pipe(120) employing the spraying device to supply the fluid to the spraying devices. The pipe includes at least one main pipe(121,122) extended in the vertical direction of the turret and a plurality of auxiliary pipes(123,124) communicated with the main pipe and extended horizontally. The main pipes are communicated with each other through a connecting pipe(126) and the fluid supplied from a fluid supply is fed to the pipe through at least one inlet(121a). The main pipes are separated from each other and the fluid is supplied to the pipe through respective inlets.
