A call and handoff processing method in a UMAN(Unlicensed Mobile Access Network)/CDMA mobile network-combined service system is provided to offer inexpensive, high-quality CDMA mobile communication services by expanding the service coverage of a CDMA mobile network using a UMAN, without modifying the existing CDMA core network equipments. In case a dual mode MS(Mobile Station)(10), located in a UMAN, makes a voice call origination request, a UNC(UMA Network Controller)(32) requests the MSC(41) of a CDMA core network to allocate a channel for the voice call origination of the dual mode MS(10), and establishes a TDM channel. The UNC(32) makes the dual mode MS(10) select a service option for the origination-requested voice call according to UMA-L3-CDMA protocol, and establishes a voice call path which connects the dual mode MS(10) to the MSC(41) through the UMAN. in case the terminating party responds to the voice call, an RTP packet is used in processing the voice traffic between the dual mode MS(10) and the UNC(32). In processing the voice traffic between the UNC(32) and the MSC(41), PCM data are used through the TDM channel.
