A maga sheet waterproofing material manufacturing method, a maga sheet waterproofing material, and a maga sheet waterproofing material construction method are provided to keep good adhesive force for a long time under wet conditions and to favorably attach the maga sheet waterproofing material to the corner and curved surfaces. The maga sheet waterproofing material manufacturing method comprises the steps of: producing a sheet(12) by boiling butyl rubber compounds of 25wt.%, TPR(Thermo Plastic Rubber) of 25wt.% produced by mixing butyl rubber and SBS(Styrene Butadiene Synthetic Rubber), and purified liquid asphalt tar of 50wt.% at 90~120‹C and dipping a non-woven fabric in the boiled mixture; laminating a polyethylene film(14) on the surface of the sheet; coating the back side of the sheet with a rubber adhesive agent(16); and producing a self-adhesive type sheet waterproofing material(W) by laminating a release paper(18) on the surface of the rubber adhesive agent, wherein a portion of the polyethylene film is vertically cut in a width of 50mm and then the release paper is attached on a cut overlapped part.
