A health care refrigerator is provided to measure body fat by electric resistance of a human body when a user contacts a door, and supply health conditions and health care methods of the same. A health care refrigerator includes a main body mounted with doors, and at least one or more body fat measuring sensors(20) mounted to the doors for measuring body fate by electric resistance of a human body in a health care mode. A controller(30) is mounted in connection with the body fat measuring sensors for determining health conditions and health care methods by analyzing the measured body fat. A display element(40) is connected to the controller and mounted on the door for displaying the health conditions and the health care methods determined by the controller.
