The present invention relates to an optical transmission apparatus and an optical subscriber network that use a combination of subcarrier multiplexing and subcarrier multiple access in an optical subscriber network of a wavelength division multiplexing scheme, and use a subcarrier multiple access (SCMA) scheme in an optical subscriber network. In order to remove the optical beat interference (OBI) caused by the optical fiber, the optical signal of each optical subscriber is received by several optical receivers in the main distribution frame (MDF) and converted into an electrical signal. An optical transmission device and an optical subscriber network using a combination of subcarrier multiplexing and subcarrier multiple access schemes that combine electrical signals and transmit a single optical signal.;The optical transmission device and optical subscriber network using the subcarrier multiplexing and the subcarrier multiple access scheme according to the present invention do not generate OBI at the optical line terminal (OLT) in a central office (CO).
