Provided is a method for rheological maintenance of a super early hardening cement paste which shows excellent rheological maintenance characteristics without any reduction in early strength and ensures the working time even upon addition of excess amounts. The method of rheological maintenance for a super early hardening cement paste comprises addition of a mixture comprising at least one retardant selected from the group consisting of citric acid, tartaric acid, gluconic acid, boric acid and a salt thereof and at least one retardant selected from the group consisting of zinc acetate, zinc nitrate and silicofluoride in an amount of 0.05-5.00 wt% to a super early hardening cement containing hauyne minerals so as to prepare a cement paste, the amount being based on the weight of the super early hardening cement.
