A UI for searching contents, a UI providing method, and a content searching device are provided to enable a user to easily search the contents by including a cell field comprising group cells corresponding to each content group, a selector for indicating one of sub cells, and preview information for the contents corresponding to the sub cell indicated by the selector. A storing part(110) stores contents. A clustering part(120) clusters the contents stored in the storing part by extracting information corresponding to a clustering condition from metadata of the contents and using the extracted information. A cell field former(130) sets length of each group cell and width of the sub cells of each group cell, and provides a name of the cell field. A controller(140) controls operation of the content search device. A preview information provider(150) provides the preview information of the contents corresponding to the sub cell indicated by the selector. An input part(160) receives a control request from a user. A display part(170) displays the UI for searching the contents.
