PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating and thus discharging floating oil in degreasing tank is provided, which can separate floating oil at the top of alkali liquid and discharge to water discharge pit by lift frame(30) that acts rise and fall motion in the degreasing tank, so that only clean alkali liquid can be sprayed on stainless plate thus preventing any contamination of the stainless plate. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for separating and thus discharging floating oil contained in alkali liquid used for washing stainless plate and recirculating to degreasing tank for reuse, included are a tank main body(10) in which a lift frame(30) is connected to a rotation screw shaft(22) driven by a driving motor(20); a lift frame(30) one end of which is connected to water discharge pit by a flexible line(40) and an on-off valve(52).
