MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR PET INTERLACED YARN AND PROCESS OF PRODUCING PET INTERLACED YARN USING THEREOF

An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a PET(Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) interlaced yarn are provided to encapsulate effectively a core by an effect yarn, thereby minimizing the difference of dyeing when weaving the cloth. A PET interlaced mixed yarn manufacturing apparatus includes a feed roller(2), an interlaced nozzle(5), a heater and a winding roller(7). A drawing member and a non-contact relax heater are installed before the interlaced nozzle. The non-contact relax heater includes a cylinder shape yarn passing path with the inner diameter of 5 to 30mm. A fruit juice container receives the fruit juice and is formed at the outside of the cylinder shape yarn passing path. The drawing member comprises two pair of feed roller members and performs the drawing action by the speed difference of the roller members.
