A mobile communication system, an RAS(Radio Access System), and a method for resetting a call connection from the RAS to a sub ACR(Access Control Router) are provided to reset a call connection to the sub ACR immediately when a disorder occurs at a main ACR by making the RAS monitor whether the main ACR which transmits or receives signals is normally operated such that a mobile communication service is incessantly provided to areas governed by the RASes connected to the main ACR. A mobile communication system comprises at least two ACRs(110,120) and an RAS(210). The RAS(210), connected to the two ACRs(110,120), transmits or receives signals to or from one between the two ACRs(110,120), is managed and controlled by one between the two ACRs(110,120), monitors whether one between the two ACRs(110,120) is normally operated, and switches one ACR to the other ACR when there occurs a disorder at one ACR. The RAS(210) includes a modem(211), an RF block(212) and a main processor(213). The modem(211) modulates a downlink signal, inputted from an upper end, outputs the modulated signal to the RF block(212), demodulates an uplink signal inputted from the RF block(212), and outputs the demodulated signal to the upper end. The RF block(212) processes the downlink signal outputted by the modem(211), transmits the processed signal to a terminal, processes the uplink received from the terminal, and transmits the processed signal to the modem(211). The main processor(213), connected to one between a sub ACR and a main ACR, receives a downlink signal from the main ACR, outputs the downlink signal to the modem(211), and transmits the uplink signal received from the modem(211) to the main ACR.
