A disinfectant spraying method and a device are provided to secure a good disinfection effect by atomizing a disinfectant even in directly spraying the disinfectant through a nozzle and to make the device simple and small by excluding a separate spraying space in a disinfecting chamber. The disinfectant spraying method comprises the steps of: making the inside of a disinfecting chamber(10) vacuum to keep vacuum pressure of 600~700Torr; vaporizing the mixed disinfectant of a filtering unit(2a) or converting the mixed disinfectant into fine particles by sucking the liquid disinfectant and the external air into the filtering unit at the same time by the internal vacuum pressure of the disinfecting chamber; and spraying the particles into the disinfecting chamber through a spraying process using a nozzle(3).
