UNDERGROUND CONCRETE BOX WATERTIGHT METHOD AND UNDERGROUND CONCRETE BOX APPLIED TO THE SAME

A waterproofing method for an underground concrete box is provided to waterproof concrete boxes completely by assembling adjacent concrete boxes quickly and simply in the longitudinal direction and wrapping up the assembled concrete boxes with wrapping film applied with thermal shrinkage adhesives. The waterproofing method for an underground concrete box comprises the steps of placing a waterproof membrane between an inner mold and an outer mold opened upward to make a felt of the waterproof membrane located inward, attaching a waterproof membrane to the outside of a concrete box(1) by placing concrete between the inner and outer molds, folding the waterproof membrane drooped toward the side of the outer mold inward, overlapping/adhering closely on the upper side of the concrete and attaching a wrapping film on the overlapped part, moving the inner and outer molds to a curing room and curing at 60-70°C for 5-6 hours and hardening thermosetting resins of the waterproof membrane, placing lean concrete(5) on a construction site where the concrete box is installed and placing many height-regulable rolling plates(20) on the upper part of the lean concrete, and then placing many concrete boxes on the upper part of the rolling plates, assembling the concrete boxes in the longitudinal direction by fitting many drawbar hooks on hook connectors installed to the inside of the concrete box and connecting wires connected to a hydraulic tension device to the drawbar hooks, and then coupling each coupling piece and a coupling holder of the concrete box, and forming a variable joint and waterproofing the assembled concrete boxes as a whole by wrapping the outside of the assembled concrete boxes with wrapping film applied with thermal shrinkage adhesives.
