The method and an apparatus of no digging fine partial repair for maintenance of air pressure are provided to minimize man power in site and to achieve optimal result without additional management. An apparatus of no digging fine partial repair for maintenance of air pressure maintains pneumatic pressure of the no digging fine partial repair to easily repair damaged part in the state of laying underground. The apparatus includes a compressed air tank(4) to supplement decreased pneumatic pressure when pressure of air injected into a packer is decreased, a pressure gauge connected to the compressed air tank to measure pneumatic pressure of the compressed air tank, a pressure regulator to check the pneumatic pressure of the packer using the pressure gauge and to regulate pneumatic pressure of the compressed air to be supplied to the packer up to a predetermined pneumatic pressure when the pneumatic pressure of the packer is decreased under the predetermined pneumatic pressure, a coupler connected to an air hose to supply the compressed air to the packer.
