PROCESS FOR SPRAY DRYING OF FRESH LIQUID SEPARATED FROM PLANTS

A method of manufacturing spray drying material of fresh dewatered liquid separated from plant tissue by contacting a coarsely ground plant tissue with a formulated inclusion mixture of an inclusion mixture, stabilizer, emulsifier and supplemental agent and then spray drying is provided. The method completely separates hydrophilic, hydrophobic polymers and unstable active components from plants, prevents quality deterioration of dewatered liquid, increases the recovery rate of active components and retains the original fresh flavor and taste of plants as it were. The spray drying material is prepared by the steps of: preparing a formulated inclusion mixture by mixing an inclusion mixture, stabilizer, emulsifier and supplemental agent; separating dewatered liquid by contacting coarsely ground plant tissue with the formulated inclusion mixture and subjecting to degassing, pressurizing with nitrogen filling and centrifuging; enzymatically decomposing by adding an enzyme to dewatered cake; obtaining finely ground liquid of enzymatic decomposition by grinding with a micro mill; and preparing a spray liquid of the dewatered liquid from centrifugal separation and the finely ground liquid of enzymatic decomposition and then spray drying the spray liquid. The inclusion mixture contains: maltodextrin with a dextrose equivalent(DE) of less than 18 for inclusion of hydrophilic active components; one or more of alpha-dextrin, beta-dextrin and gamma-dextrin for inclusion of hydrophobic active components; a stabilizer; an emulsifier; and a supplemental agent.
