PURPOSE: A recycling method of residual slip casting castable using alumina cement and ladle slag is provided to fill new slip casting castable onto the reformed slag coated residual slip casting castable by coating the reformed slag on the surface of the residual slip casting castable after reforming slag by mixing ladle slag with alumina cement. CONSTITUTION: The recycling method of residual slip casting castable using alumina cement and ladle slag comprises the steps of injecting alumina cement into a ladle before casting operation; forming a slag coating layer of the surface of the residual slip casting castable of the ladle as the surface of molten metal is being lowered during casting operation; cooling the ladle on the inner part of which the slag coating layer is formed to an ordinary temperature after completing casting; and filling new slip casting castable onto the slag coating layer formed on the inner part of the ladle, wherein the alumina cement is injected into the ladle so that a composition weight ratio of the ladle slag and the alumina cement becomes 5:1 to 50:1, thickness of the slag coating layer is 1 to 10 mm, and thickness of the new slip casting castable is 50 to 70 mm and preheated to a temperature of 1000 to 1200 deg.C for construction.
