Device for high temperature X-ray experiments

PURPOSE: A device for high temperature X-ray experiments is provided to allow the experiment vessel to be used at under the vacuum and gas atmosphere, while forming a stable thermal range. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a vessel constituted by an upper vessel(10) and a lower vessel(11); an electrode rod(12) mounted at the interior of the vessel through an upper plate(13) of the vessel; a heater(14) connected to the electrode rod and disposed in rear of the specimen so as to heat the specimen; a rotation unit for rotating the vessel; a vessel cooling unit mounted in the vessel, and which thermally and electrically protects other components from the heater; a quick cooling unit for quickly cooling the specimen; a vacuum unit for providing vacuum or gas atmosphere for preventing oxidation; and an exhaust unit(20) for relieving the pressure rise caused due to the expansion of gas atmosphere at a high temperature.
