A floor structure of a building is provided to reduce lightweight and heavyweight impact sound and to absorb vibration effectively, to economize in energy while heating and to make construction simple. The floor structure of a building contains a concrete slab(1) sectioning into an upper layer and a lower layer, a vibration-damping layer(2) located on the upper part of the concrete slab, and a finish mortar layer(8) located on the upper part of the vibration-damping layer and arranged with piping materials(6). The vibration-damping layer is connected with the finish mortar layer and the concrete slab directly to prevent the sound bridge phenomenon and manufactured with a composite of 50-80 weight percent asphalt, 5-40 weight percent synthetic rubber, 0.5-15 weight percent inorganic filler, 3-20 weight percent processing oil, 1-10 weight percent paraffin oil and 0.01-1.0 weight percent antifoaming agent.
