The prefabricated arch tunnel using a tunnel member having a reinforcement rib comprises a foundation concrete layer formed by placing and curing concrete, a fixture installed on the foundation concrete layer, right and left side wall members(110,120) placed on the fixture and provided with base planes, curved planes formed in the L-shape against the base planes and having the appointed curvature inward, a vertical bolt-and-nut joint(110c), a butt-type rugged joint(120c) and a horizontal bolt-and-nut joint(151), a ceiling member(130) extended to the curved surfaces of the right and left side wall members, formed in one arch shape as a whole and provided with a vertical bolt-and-nut-joint, a butt-type rugged joint and a horizontal bolt-and-nut joint, expanded urethane and non-shrinkage mortar filled in the bolt-and-nut joint of the right and left side wall members and the bolt-and-nut joint of the ceiling member, and a waterproof sheet and an elastic seal installed to the inside and outside of a connection of the right, left side wall members and the ceiling member, wherein the tunnel member is formed by assembling at least two or more unit members(400) having the appointed size sectionally or integrally, and the unit member is integrated with a tunnel arch member and provided with many vertical ribs(310) and horizontal ribs(320) to reduce the cross-section of the unit member and the tunnel arch member and to increase resistance to external force.
