METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING AND REMOVING CLOG OF DOUBLE DAMPER TO DISCHARGE SMALL SINTERING ORE

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing and removing clog of double damper to discharge small sintering ore is provided which removes clog of the upper chute by operating the double damper after diagnosing clog of an upper chute treating small sintering ore generated during sintering process of ore. CONSTITUTION: In a method for discharging through a double damper small sintering ore that is generated in the manufacturing process of sintered ore and collected in an upper chute through a main gas duct, the method for diagnosing and removing clog of the double damper to discharge small sintering ore comprises the steps of measuring temperature values depending on elevation of the upper chute collecting the small sintering ore; diagnosing clog of the double damper by difference of the measured temperature values; and removing clog of the double damper by intensively operating upper and lower cones of the double damper when clogging of the double damper is diagnosed.
