Recovering method for gold derived from non-cyanide based waste aqueous solution and apparatus thereof

A method capable of recovering gold highly efficiently and simply although an electrolysis method is adopted when recovering gold from a water-based waste solution comprising a water-soluble sulfur-containing gold compound, and an equipment used for recovering gold in the method are provided. An equipment for recovering gold(21) comprises: an adjusting means for adjusting a water-based waste solution to a strong basic water-based waste solution; an electrolytic cell(1); at least one pair of anode and cathode installed within the electrolytic cell; and a collection part(2) installed below the cathode to recover gold dropped after being separated from a surface of the cathode, wherein the collection part has an extraction port(4) for discharging deposited gold to the outside of the electrolytic cell, and an inclined plane with a slope that is descended toward the extraction port is formed on the bottom(2a) of the collection part.
