A communication environment setup apparatus, connected to a mobile phone, embedding integrated interfacing information, and a setup method thereof are provided to enhance compatibility with the mobile phone by setting up a communication environment in according with a communication environment of the mobile phone even though being connected to mobile phones regardless of a kind of the mobile phone. A communication environment setup apparatus, connected to a mobile phone, embedding integrated interfacing information comprises a power source control module(210) and a central control module(225). The power source control module, connected to the mobile phone, makes a communication with the mobile phone in case that power is supplied for the communication environment setup apparatus. The central control module receives hardware information from a mobile phone and sets a communication environment of the communication environment setup apparatus in accordance with that of the mobile phone. The central control module includes a communication apparatus controller(230), an EEPROM(245), and an RAM(250). The communication apparatus controller transmits data by communication environment information set by the hardware information of the mobile phone. The EEPROM stores information on instructions for requesting the hardware information of the mobile phone and stores communication environment information. The RAM stores interfacing information matched with the hardware information of the mobile phone.
