BELLOWSCOVER PRESETTING UNIT FOR MOUNTING BELLOWSCOVER

A bellows cover presetting unit and a bellows cover mounting method using the same are provided to maintain a bellows cover in an idle state during operation of a furnace. A bellows cover presetting unit(40) includes a top jig frame(42), a bottom jig frame(42'), and a distance control unit. The top and bottom jig frames are inserted into top and bottom holes of a bellows cover. The distance control unit maintains an expanded state or a compressed state of the bellows cover by controlling the distance between the top and bottom jig frames. The distance control unit includes a plurality of screw rods and top and bottom fixing nuts(46,46'). The screw rods penetrate the top and the bottom jig frames. The top and bottom fixing nuts fix the distance between the top and bottom jig frames by being locked to the top and bottom jig frames.
