A next-generation network system employing TCM(Time Compression Multiplex) ISDN(Integrated Service Digital Network) technique and its control method are provided to stabilize system by canceling noise generated as data service lines are integrated. A synchronous clock generating unit(100) generates a TTR(Transmit Timing Reference) clock to be used to a TCM ISDN and an xDSL(x-Digital Subscriber Line) through a broadband clock provided through a ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) network and supplies it. A TCM ISDN subscriber processing unit(200) temporarily stores TCM ISDN data received from a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), aligns frames of TCM ISDN data, transmits the TCM ISDN data to a TCM ISDN subscriber after synchronizing the TCM ISDN data with the TTR reference clock. The TCM ISDN subscriber processing unit(200) synchronizes TCM ISDN data received from a TCM ISDM terminal(4) with the TTR reference clock inputted through the synchronous clock generating unit(100), temporarily stores it, and then transmits it to the PSTN.
