METHOD FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW COLUMN IN REMODELING APARTMENT HOUSE

A column installation method at an apartment house remodeling work is provided to exclude the necessity of installing a temporary member, to increase safety, to shorten a period of construction and to cut down on construction expenses. The column installation method at an apartment house remodeling work comprises the steps of: installing a foundation pile adjacently to the existing column on a slab of the lower floor where a new column is to be installed(S10); breaking an outer slab of the outer floor located on the upper part of the foundation pile correspondingly to the size of the foundation pile(S20); arranging column main reinforcing bars between the foundation pile and the broken slab of the upper floor(S30); forming a concrete placing hole on the slab of the upper floor to place concrete(S40); installing a form on a bar arrangement area between the upper floor and the lower floor(S50); placing concrete to the form(S60); completing a new column by curing the concrete for the appointed hours and removing the form(S70); and removing the existing column using a cutter, etc.(S80).
