Parts for breeding fishes and shellfishes, and an artificial fishing-reef having the same are provided to form an inner space on an inner portion of the part for inhabiting the fishes and algae and gathering floating particles and plankton. The artificial fishing-reef consists of plural parts for breeding fishes, shellfishes, and algae. The part has an inner space formed on an inner portion thereof for inhabiting the fishes and algae and gathering floating particles and plankton, and includes a lower plate(110), a lateral plate(120) joined to the lower plate in an upward direction and having at least one of the inner space, and a first upper member(130) joined to an upper flange of the lateral plate at a constant width. A width of the lower plate is wider than that of the lateral plate.
