Method for Business Control System of video mail and video conference

摘要

A method for offering an integrated business management system offering a video mail, sanction, and conference is provided to realize detail business report and sanction by generating/playing video in an integrated business manage page using a PC camcorder and microphone without installing a video conference system. A webpage linked with a main server is provided to the authenticated user according to a user request for a multimedia bulletin board service. If a multimedia bulletin board module processing the video by linking with a multimedia bulletin board is not installed in a user terminal, the multimedia bulletin board module is extracted from a program database and is transmitted to the user terminal(204). The main server provides the user terminal with the multimedia bulletin board for enabling the user to make a document and make/play the video. Made document/video data and a user ID are received and stored to a database. The matched document/video data is extracted from the database and is provided to other users connected to the main server through the multimedia bulletin board.
