SUBMERGED RECTANGULAR HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE MODULE AND APPARATUS FOR WATER TREATMENT WITH HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE MODULE

A submerged rectangular hollow fiber membrane module, and an apparatus for treating water by using the same are provided to easily manufacture a large-capacity submerged rectangular hollow fiber membrane module by using hollow fiber membrane elements, and prevent attachment of pollutants to a surface of the hollow fiber membrane module by stimulating vortex. A P-header forms an upper part of a module(100), having coupling holes at a body and support holes at edges. An air header(115) forms a lower part of the module, having coupling holes at a body and support holes at edges. Support pipes(111) are mounted at the support holes of the P-header and the air header for supporting the edges of the module. Hollow fiber membrane elements(112) are mounted by the medium of a head cap(160) and a lower cap(150) attached to the coupling holes of the P-header and the air header for filtering influent. A plurality of fluid spray nozzles(118) are mounted at the lower cap for spraying introduced air. A P-header sheet(116) is covered on an upper part of the P-header for forming a treated water space(121), having a filtered water outlet(120) discharging filtered water and a plurality of support pillars preventing separation of the P-header. An air header sheet(117) is covered on a lower part of the air header for forming an air distributing space(131), having a plurality of support pillars preventing separation of the air header. An air inlet pipe is installed, passing through centers of the air header, the air header sheet, the P-header and the P-header sheet for moving air.
