A construction method for an eco-friendly footway using felling roots and stems is provided to have an eco-friendly effect by recycling the leavings of felling for a footway, to cut down on construction expenses by constructing a footway simply with exhausted leavings of felling and to protect people while exercising or walking by absorbing and scattering walking force effectively. A construction method for an eco-friendly footway using felling roots and stems comprises the steps of: forming a construction groove(20) on a stratum(10) of the ground(11); fixing border finishing members(30) such as Zinc angles on upper borders of the construction groove by fixing with nails or other fixtures; inputting large chips(110) made of crushed felling roots and stems in the construction groove and tamping under strong pressure; binding up the large chips with natural gums(111) by placing natural gum water on the upper part of the large chips of the construction groove and streaming down, and then hardening in gaps among large chips to have a shock absorbing layer(100) on the lower part of the construction groove to disperse or absorb walking force; inputting small chips(210) made of secondarily crushed logging roots and stems in the shock absorbing layer of the construction groove and tamping under strong pressure; binding up the small chips with natural gums(211) by placing natural gum water on the upper part of the small chips placed in the construction groove and streaming down, and then hardening in gaps among small chips to have a shock absorbing layer(200) on the upper part of the construction groove; and forming a surface layer(300) at a thickness of 2~5 millimeters by applying urethane resins(310) with diluted hardener on the upper part of the shock-absorbing layer and hardening for 20~24 hours.
